  • 60-Minute Sessions — $75
  • Small Group Lesson (3-5 athletes) · 60 min — $45 per athlete
  • 4-Lesson Monthly Package (30 min weekly) — $150/month ($10 savings)
  • 4-Lesson Monthly Package (60 min weekly) — $280/month ($20 savings)

Liability Waiver & Release (Arizona)

I understand that participation in softball and/or baseball training activities—including private lessons, team training, camps, clinics, drills, strength and conditioning, equipment use, and facility use—involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, being struck by balls or bats, collisions, falls, muscle strains, fractures, concussions, serious injury, paralysis, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of Better Ball Training Co, its owners, coaches, instructors, employees, independent contractors, and agents (“Released Parties”).

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, I release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims or liability arising out of or related to participation.

I certify that the participant is physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary, understanding I am financially responsible for any medical expenses.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If the participant is under 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree on their behalf.
